Current research focus

As type 1 diabetes is a complex disease, involving both environmental and genetic factors, it is important to try and understand as much as possible about the different underlying factors causing type 1 diabetes. The project focuses on identifying and understanding genetic variations involved in the development of type 1 diabetes.
